With 25 years of operational and supply chain experience across three major Oil & Gas (O&G) companies spanning deepwater, onshore upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, Allen has led transformative initiatives that captured hundreds of millions of dollars in synergies across five continents. His projects contributed to the success of the ConocoPhillips merger and its subsequent acquisition of Burlington Resources, Occidental’s supplier re-engagement initiatives, and Marathon Oil’s strategic sourcing success in completions. Allen also brings 13 years of business development experience with Oil Field Services (OFS) providers, including MRC Global, Weatherford International, CIG Logistics, and Energera.
During his years at ConocoPhillips, Allen became a satisfied Revenew customer, utilizing the company’s Contract Compliance services to ensure synergies were not disappearing while he focused on his next initiative. Later, during his OFS years with MRC and Weatherford, customer accounts engaged Revenew to audit his supply contracts. Today, Allen has joined Revenew to help clients achieve the confidence that the value negotiated within their contracts is being fully realized.
