Karina brings more than 24 years of HR experience across diverse industries and environments, including city and county government, unions, utilities, technology, education, manufacturing, and professional services.
Her HR expertise spans talent strategy, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, payroll, workplace wellness, investigations, employment and labor law, and compliance.
Before joining Revenew, Karina was an HR Specialist Lead and sole executive recruiter for the City of Houston, overseeing executive talent acquisition for an organization of more than 20,000 employees.
